28 июня - День Конституции Украины. Выходной день. 24.06.09 14:06 | Раздел: Праздники28 июня 1996 года Верховная Рада Украины приняла новую Конституцию Украины - первую Конституцию независимого украинского государства. Депутаты работали над проектом, оставаясь в сессионном зале всю ночь с 27 на 28 июня. Парламентарии учли замечания Президента Украины, а также поддержали все спорные статьи проекта - о государственных символах у Украины, о государственном украинском языке, о праве частной собственности в Украине. Принятие конституции закрепило правовые основы независимой Украины, ее суверенитет и территориальную целостность. Принятие конституции было важнейшим шагом в обеспечении прав человека и гражданина, содействовало дальнейшему повышению международного авторитета Украины на мировой арене. Данная конституция действует и сегодня. В соответствии с Конституцией, день принятия Основного Закона является государственным праздником - Днем Конституции Украины. В 2009 году будет 3 выходных дня (27, 28 и 29 июня). Таким образом, выходной день в воскресенье 28 июня - переносится на понедельник 29 июня. Желаем всем хорошо отметить!
